Guacamole Toast

A simple, nutritious, and delicious Guacamole Toast recipe featuring creamy avocado spread on toasted bread.

  • 2 ripe Hass avocados
  • 1 red chili
  • 2 medium spring onions, chopped
  • 1 medium clove of garlic, minced
  • Juice of 2 fresh limes
  • A pinch of sea salt flakes
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Your choice of bread for toasting

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Avocados: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits and peel the skin. Dice the avocado into small cubes and transfer to a mixing bowl.
  2. Chop Other Ingredients: Finely chop the spring onions, garlic, and red chili, then add to the bowl with the avocado.
  3. Add Lime Juice: Squeeze lime juice into the avocado mixture and sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
  4. Mash the Ingredients: Mash the mixture to your desired consistency using a fork or spatula.
  5. Toast Your Bread: Toast your chosen bread until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Assemble and Serve: Generously spread the guacamole on the toasted bread and serve immediately.
