Melted Snowman Cookie Dough Bites

Delightful treats that mimic snowmen, combining edible cookie dough and creamy white chocolate for a fun winter dessert.

  • 2 cups edible cookie dough
  • 9 mini Oreos
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
  • 18 Rolo chocolate candies
  • 18 snowflake sprinkles (optional)
  • Black and orange pearl sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Portion the dough into 1 tablespoon scoops on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze until firm (10-15 minutes).
  2. Separate the Oreos and scrape off the frosting for the snowman’s head.
  3. Melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a medium bowl in the microwave until smooth (about 45 seconds to 1 minute).
  4. Spoon rounds of the melted ganache onto another parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Dip one end of each Rolo into the ganache and attach to an Oreo half to form a hat.
  6. Roll each portion of dough into a smooth ball, dip in ganache, and press onto a ganache round.
  7. Decorate with black sugar pearls for eyes and a mouth, and an orange sugar pearl for the nose before adding the hat.
  8. Repeat until all bites are assembled.
  9. Allow chocolate coating to set for 15-20 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. Can be customized with different candies and sprinkles.
