Mocha Overnight Oats

A delightful combination of rich coffee and chocolate flavors, Mocha Overnight Oats is the perfect nutritious breakfast ready in the morning.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup cold brewed coffee
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (dairy, almond, oat, or plant-based)
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener (maple syrup, honey, or sugar alternative)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Measure the ingredients and mix the dry ingredients in a mason jar or bowl.
  2. Combine the wet ingredients: cold brewed coffee, milk, vanilla extract, and sweetener. Stir until well combined.
  3. Seal the container and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, stir the oats and adjust consistency with additional milk if necessary.
  5. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy.
