No Bake Key Lime Cheesecake Jars

A creamy, zesty dessert that’s easy to make and perfect for warm weather gatherings.

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 5 tablespoons melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh key lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipping cream, lightly whipped
  • Fresh key lime slices for garnish
  • Key lime zest for garnish
  • Fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries) for garnish
  • Extra crushed graham crackers for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by combining crushed graham crackers and melted butter at the bottom of each jar.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream gently.
  3. Spoon the cheesecake filling into each jar over the crust, filling them three-quarters full and smoothing the top.
  4. Refrigerate the jars for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  5. Before serving, garnish with fresh key lime slices, lime zest, fresh berries, and extra crushed graham crackers.

Notes

Consider adding lime zest to the filling for extra flavor. Adjust sweetness with more condensed milk if desired.
