Santa Hat Cheesecake Bites

Delightful cheesecake bites topped with whipped cream and strawberries, resembling Santa’s iconic hat.

Ingredients

  • 1 plain cheesecake (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped cream or Cool Whip
  • 12 strawberries (tops sliced off)

Instructions

  1. Using a round biscuit cutter, punch out holes from the cheesecake, forming circles.
  2. Transfer whipped cream or Cool Whip to a piping bag.
  3. Pipe a generous layer of whipped cream on top of each cheesecake circle.
  4. Place the strawberries sliced side down atop the whipped cream.
  5. Pipe a dot of whipped cream on top of each strawberry.

These bites are great for holiday gatherings and can be frozen for up to 1 month.
