Shamrock Shake Pie

A delightful dessert capturing the essence of the festive Shamrock Shake in a creamy, refreshing pie.

Ingredients

  • Mint Chocolate Ice Cream
  • Graham Cracker Crust
  • Whipped Topping
  • Green Food Coloring
  • Chocolate Syrup
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter, then press the mixture into a pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes and allow to cool completely.
  3. Slightly soften the mint chocolate ice cream for easier spreading and spread it evenly into the cooled crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, fold green food coloring into the whipped topping, then spread it generously over the ice cream layer.
  5. Cover the pie with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 2 hours or until firmly set.

Notes

For an extra kick, add crushed mint candies or chocolate chips on top before the whipped topping. Homemade whipped cream can replace store-bought for a fresher taste.
